Identification Requirements: Per the Illinois Resale Dealers Act (815 ILCS 398/) and Yorkville Municipal Code (Chapter 13), a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport) is required for all transactions.

Pricing & Volatility: Quotes provided via text are non-binding estimates based on live New York Spot prices. Final payouts are determined at the time of physical verification and weighing.
Shipping Liability: For shipments using our provided labels, we handle all insurance claims, with payouts based on your Locked-In Quote. Senders assume all risk when using their own labels. We are not liable for losses resulting from carrier denials due to sender error, such as improper packaging. For compliant shipments using our labels, we will exhaust all appeals on your behalf to secure your funds.
Data Privacy (PIPA): In compliance with the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), your personal data is stored using reasonable security measures and is used strictly to facilitate your transaction. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law.
